Online Training

We offer two flexible online training options designed to fit your goals and schedule:
Option 1:
2–3 personalized workouts per week — $275/month
Option 2:
4–5 personalized workouts per week — $350/month
Each program includes complimentary access to the Trainerize app, where you’ll receive guided exercise videos, direct and unlimited messaging support, weekly accountability check-in calls/texts, and personalized nutrition guidance.
In-Person 1 On 1 Training

In-person training sessions are held at Snap Fitness in Chaska, MN. Each session lasts approximately 40–50 minutes and is fully customized to support your individual fitness goals.
Training Options:
1 session per week:
$89 per session
2–3 sessions per week:
$79 per session
Pre +Postnatal Personalized Training

Pre- and postnatal training is essential for supporting both your health and your baby’s well-being. Proper recovery and guided exercise during this time play a critical role in long-term strength and overall wellness.
This program focuses on building total-body strength, with particular attention to pelvic floor health, core stability, and functional daily movement—all while prioritizing safety and helping you feel confident in your routine.
Pre- and postnatal training is available through our online, in-person, or hybrid options, allowing you to choose the format that best fits your schedule and lifestyle.
Hybrid Training

Hybrid training combines the flexibility of online coaching with the added accountability of in-person sessions. You’ll follow a personalized workout program on your own schedule, while incorporating in-person training each week for guidance, support, and progression.
How it works:
Select one of the online training options (2–3 or 4–5 workouts per week), then add in-person sessions as needed for an additional $60 per session.
